The Burnaby Lake Rowing Club (BLRC) rows on the calm waters of Burnaby Lake, in Burnaby, BC - one of the best places to train singles in North America.
The mission of the club is to develop elite level skills in fine racing singles while also promoting a sense of independence in the athlete. To this end, Juniors row alongside Senior and Masters.
The club hosts the Crofton House School and Sentinel Secondary rowing teams who row with the Burnaby Lake juniors during the off season. The Burnaby Lake site also hosts RCA and SFU rowing programs.

The 200 rowing section members of the Vancouver Rowing Club, ranging in age from our youngest 14-year-old Junior rower to a Master rower in his 70’s, all proudly row a modern, high quality fleet of shells.
The calibre, commitment, and experience of our coaches make it possible for a new rower to transition from their learn-to-row experience, through novice, all the way to the podium if that is their goal. VRC also offers a popular recreational rowing program, which allows a rower to develop skills without the racing component.
