The guidance provides best practices for governing bodies in ensuring the legal rights of transsexual people are upheld. Published by UK Sport and is primarily focused for the United Kingdom, although many of the practices are applicable worldwide.

Note that legal rights of transsexual people in the UK will be different from other countries but still, this resource provides an excellent foundation.
