Adelaide Roller Derby crew stages a Rainbow Bout for Feast - Australia Gay News Network

In support of the 2015 Feast Festival, Light City Derby will be hosting a Rainbow Bout. Now in its fifth year, Light City Derby is an all inclusive mixed gender roller derby league celebrating LGBTIQ diversity and inclusion.

Flat track roller derby is a fast-paced full contact team sport that requires speed, strategy, and athleticism.

Two teams have been created specifically for this bout, The Unicorns and The Freddie Mercuries.

Dress up, wear colour, pick a team and cheer them on, with half-time entertainment by Rhythms of Resistance.

Light City Derby Rainbow Bout, Lefevre Community Stadium, cnr Victoria Rd and Marmora Tce, Osborne, Saturday November 21, 2015. Doors open 6pm. Tickets $5 for adults, children under 12 free. http://www.lightcityderby.com.au
