With the just announced evacuation of NYC, it seems like Hurricane Irene is whopping a huge punch and our hearts go out to all the rowers and clubs facing the task of cleaning up and/or tying down boats.

 

It appears DC is in the midst or on the verge of getting pummeled, and we have a large membership base in the mid-Atlantic area.

 

Share your stories here (reply to topic) and updates of how your local rowing community is doing as Irene arrives.
