Based on repeated requests, GLRF has contacted the Miami Beach Rowing Club to reserve the weekend of Washington's Birthday weekend (14 - 17 Feb 2014) for North American and European GLRF members seeking some warmth and sunshine in the otherwise freezing winter.

We plan to open registration on 15 November 2013. Just as in years past, the fee for the festival will be in the range of US $350 - US $400. That includes a partially refundable insurance deposit. The more attendees, the lower the insurance cost and the higher the refund.

Regular registration will close on 15 December 2013.
