The GLRF Regatta Advisory Group has submitted suggestions and held two teleconferences with Montreal about the 2006 regatta. The result: 2-day event (Sunday and Monday), 1,000 meters, heavyweight, and lightweight, adaptive, masters, open, male, female, and mixed. The final competition format will be published very soon.

With a whole new global look, focusing on the worldwide National Masters Championships and with monthly spotlights on very cool regattas, this is a web page for rowers, gay or straight, who are consumed with rowing. Do you have a regatta to suggest? Let us know.

April 30th is the deadline to register for rowing in Munich – 30 July 2004. Let’s see, summer in Germany. What’s not to like about that?
